Cary Park Information and Sales Data

Cary Park is the “original” West Cary subdivision that started Cary’s westward expansion.  Central to the community is a 28 acre lake that has a 2+ mile walking/jogging/biking trail around it.  In addition to the neighborhood lake other amenities include multiple swimming pools, multiple playgrounds, a clubhouse, play field and green-way system.

Constructed between 1999 and 2016, Cary Park has a mix of custom and non-custom single family homes, town homes and condominiums totaling over 1000 units.  Homes range from the low $100’s for a one bedroom condo to well over $1,000,000 for many of the lakefront custom homes.  Each section of Cary Park has a unique feel to it. One section features large custom homes, while another will have smaller non-custom homes and a village like feel to the neighborhood.  Town homes range from Georgian brick style executive homes to pastel colored waterfront towns you’d expect to see on the coast.

This community is very close to an abundance of shopping, Research Triangle Park (RTP), and RDU International Airport.  Some of the highest ranked public schools in the area (and state) include both Mills Park Elementary and Middle Schools located adjacent to the subdivision and Panther Creek High School.
